% 15.01.2026 EX.APPL.(OS) 64/2026 (Seeking withdrawal of the enforcement petition) 1.

The present Application, under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, has been filed seeking withdrawal of the Enforcement Petition on the ground that the parties herein have amicably settled their disputes by virtue of a Settlement Agreement dated 12.12.2025 ["Settlement Agreement"]. 2.

It is further submitted that the Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], bearing OMP (COMM) No. 244/2024, filed by the Judgement Debtors has also been disposed in terms of the Settlement Agreement vide Order dated 17.12.2025.

In view of the order passed in EX.APPL.(OS) 64/2026, the present Petition is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the Settlement Agreement.

In the event that the amounts stipulated in the Settlement Agreement are not paid, liberty is granted to the Decree Holder to revive the present Petition in accordance with law. 6.
