% 16.01.2018 By this petition the petitioner has prayed directions to the respondent No.1 to conclude the inquiry of complaint No. 50 B filed by the petitioner. As per the status report filed on the complaint of the petitioner FIR No.91/2017 under Sections 406/420/34 IPC was registered on 13th March, 2017. Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State on instructions from the investigating officer submits that the investigation has since concluded and a charge-sheet would be filed within two weeks. Since a charge-sheet is stated to be filed within a period of two weeks, no further direction is called for in the present petition and is thus disposed of.
