It is stated that arguments have been concluded and judgment is reserved.

Mr Walia, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and states that he has no objection to the petition being allowed.

Both the parties state that respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are pro forma parties and no claim has been made in the arbitration against them. 6.

For the reasons noted above, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been explained for the delay.
