By the present petition, the petitioner seeks following prayers :
A. Quash and set aside the impugned order dated 12.06.2025 passed by the Ld. JMFC, Mahila Court, Dwarka, New Delhi, in MC No. 239/2025;
B. Pass appropriate directions to restrain Respondents from interfering with the peaceful possession, use, and enjoyment of the Petitioners' self-acquired property at the 2nd floor of property bearing No. G-1/459/E, Dalmil Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi;
C. Pass such other or further order(s) that this The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.

The learned counsel for Respondent No. 1, on instructions of Respondent No. 1 who is present in Court, submits that Respondent No. 1 has no objection if the present petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Court of Sessions to decide the appeal expeditiously and till such time the appeal is pending disposal, the petitioners continue to pay a sum of ₹15,000/- per month to Respondent No. 1 without prejudice to the rights and contentions of Respondent No. 1. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is agreeable to such suggestion.

The suggestion made by the parties commends to this Court.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the learned Court of Sessions to make endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously without giving any unwarranted adjournment to any of the parties. 6.
In the meantime, the petitioners, as undertaken, are directed to continue paying a sum of ₹15,000/- to Respondent No. 1 in the first week of every month till the pendency of the appeal. The payment made to the respondents shall be subject to further order(s) that will be passed by the learned Court of Sessions.

It is pointed out that the sum of ₹15,000/- for the month of June, July and August, 2025 each, has already been paid and for the month of September, 2025, a cheque bearing No. 491594 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
dated 26.09.2025 drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. for a sum of ₹15,000/- has been handed over to Respondent No. 1 in Court today.

The learned Court of Sessions is directed to pass final order in the appeal without being influenced by any observations made by this Court in any of the orders passed in the present petition and make endeavour to dispose of the appeal expeditiously.
