% 10.08.2016 CS(OS) 1472/2006 Case file has been received back and taken up pursuant to order dated 02.08.2016 of learned Registrar (Original) on the basis of order dated 11.07.2016 of learned District and Sessions Judge (South), Saket Court. From the said order, it is clear that jurisdiction of the present matter does not lies in South District, Saket Court. Since the suit is for specific performance in respect of Shop bearing No.UG 35, Ansal Chamber-I, 3, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi falling within the territorial jurisdiction of New Delhi District, therefore the ministerial order dated 22.12.2015 for transfer of the present matter to South District, Saket Court, is modified.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld.
