This petition is filed seeking quashing of suspension letter dated 01/02.08.2024.

The challenge to the suspension order is on the ground that the approval by the competent authority was not granted within mandatory fifteen days as stipulated under Section 8(4) of the Delhi School Education Act, 1973.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the post-facto approval was granted. From the order produced, it is evident that the suspension no longer exists after passing of order dated 08.10.2025 by the Deputy Director of Education.

It would be apposite to note that the order of the Deputy Director of Education dated 08.10.2025 has been challenged by the respondent before this Court in W.P.(C) 16766/2025 wherein notice of motion has been issued and only the portion of the order of Deputy Director of Education directing disciplinary enquiry to be concluded within thirty days was stayed. 6.

In view of the subsequent developments that the petitioner as on date is not under suspension, no further directions are called for in the writ petition.

The writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. 8.

Pending application stands disposed of.
