The instant petition is filed seeking rectification of the Date of Birth of the petitioner in the Aadhaar records.

The petitioner is granted liberty to re-update the date of birth in terms of the requirements under the office memorandum dated 20.12.2018. If the petitioner does so, let the appropriate steps be taken by the respondents with due expedition.
