On 05.09.2024, the Court directed the learned counsel for the respondents to take instructions and to assist as to why the benefit which was extended by the Supreme Court in SLP No.19229/2024 is not extendable to the present petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the instant case, fresh process for re-allotment of the Multi Purpose Stall (hereinafter 'MPS') has already been issued on 24.08.2024. 2.

He, therefore, submits that the petitioner can participate in the fresh process for re-allotment and the respondents are willing to consider his application for the MPS.

Learned counsel who appears for the petitioner, on the other hand, places on record the copy of the letter dated 07.09.2024 issued by South Western Railway, to indicate that under similar circumstances as the petitioner herein, when the MPS was already handed over to the respondents, in light of the order of the Division Bench of this Court in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. L.P.A No.850/2024 which granted four months' extension, the stall was reallocated to the said licensee in the LPA therein. 4.

Let the communication dated 07.09.2024 be placed in the digital record of the Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the Court is of the considered opinion that the petitioner in the instant case can also be granted the extension of three months' time which was granted in L.P.A 767/2024, and four months in S.L.P No. 19229/2024.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of, alongwith all pending applications, with the direction to allow the petitioner to operate the said MPS for a further period of seven months from the date of expiry of the license i.e., 02.08.2024.
