The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "IT is, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

I. QUASH the F.I.R. No. 0661/2021, under section 376 I.P.C., P.S. NEW ASHOK NAGAR, DELHI and proceeding, which is pending before the court of MS. SALONI SINGH, A.C.M.M., KARDOOMA COURTS, DELHI.

II. PASS such order or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

At the very outset, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the grounds taken herein at the time of consideration on charge before the learned Trial Court. 3.
