The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 527/2018 dated 30.12.2018 for offences under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Sagar Pur.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee (DHCLSC) is directed to pay the fee to Mr. Satyakam, Advocate who has represented the victim in the present case on the request of the Court.
