% 30.05.2017 Pursuant to order dated 29th May, 2017, Dr. Rakesh Gosain, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has produced in the Court the result of the DNB Family Medicine Practical Examination conducted by the respondent in June, 2016, which reveals that petitioner has secured 148 marks out of maximum 300. It is also stated a candidate must obtain 50% to be declared as successful. Petitioner states that respondent be directed to furnish to him relevant record of the practical examination conducted at Wardha Maharashtra. Suffice to state, he shall be at liberty to make a representation to the respondent in that regard. The petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
