We note that the issues raised in this appeal stand concluded in light of the decision rendered by this Court in The Pr. Commissioner of Income Tax-7 vs. Pariapus Developers Pvt. Ltd. [ITA 54/2024]. Accordingly, and for the reasons assigned in that decision, this appeal shall meet a similar fate.

The appeal along with pending application shall stand dismissed.
