By this application, petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition. It is contended that there is an amicable settlement between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already surrendered his tenancy and handed over the peaceful and RC.REV. 74/2018

vacant possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent on 20.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that now there is no claim left due against each other and all disputes between the parties have been fully and finally settled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

The petition is accordingly dismissed and withdrawn. 6.
