The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeks following prayers:- "a. Issue appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent No.1 to issue a corrigendum order on the remaining issues pertaining to the demand to regularise the services of the workman aforesaid on their respective post in proper payscale from the initial date of their respective joining and to also pay them difference of wages on the "Principle of Equal Pay for Equal Work interalia" and thereafter refer the same to the Ld. Central Government Industrial Tribunalcum Labour Court for adjudication in ID No. 66/2020 titled Sanjay & Ors. Vs University of Delhi with immediate effect;

b. The grievance of the petitioner was that the reference order was not in accordance with the prayer as sought before the learned Conciliation Officer. 4.

During the pendency of the present petition, the necessary corrigendum dated 24.10.2024 has been issued by Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment. The said corrigendum alongwith the forwarding letter dated 12.11.2024 issued by Regional Labour Commissioner (C)/HOO, New Delhi has been handed up in Court today and the same are taken on record. 5.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press the present petition. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 7.
