% 22.01.2016 This is a suit for recovery of Rs. 39, 04, 226/- Ld. counsel for defendant submit that plaintiff is located at Anand Parbat where cause of action arose, which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 25.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
