The instant petition is for the following reliefs:- "a. Direct that the LOC issued against the Petitioner be suspended for a period of 2 weeks for enabling the Petitioner to travel to India from Dubai and to Dubai from India, after giving prior intimation to Respondent No. 1 about his travel, and b. Direct the Respondents not to create any hindrance in the return of the Petitioner to Dubai from India notwithstanding the LOC issued by Respondent No. 1, and c. Pass any other order(s) or directions(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice." 2.

By this time, the aforesaid prayers made in the instant petition have rendered infructuous. Accordingly, the instant petition stands disposed of.
