The present application was taken up for consideration on 08.11.2025 and notice was issued in the same, which was accepted by Ms. Anita Sahani, learned counsel for respondent no.1/GGSIPU. She had prayed for time to seek instructions.

Ms. Sahani has returned with instructions to the effect that JAC, after undertaking the inspection of the petitioner institute which is scheduled today, will furnish the inspection report to respondent no.1/GGSIPU latest by 12:00 noon on 11.11.2025.

On instructions, she further submits that once the report is received, The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 12/11/2025 at 12:32:07

the same shall be forwarded forthwith, after following the necessary procedures, to the Directorate of Education, as well as, the Health and Family Welfare Department, GNCTD, in terms of the directions contained in para 57(i) of the judgment dated 01.11.2025. The statement is taken on record and respondent no.1/GGSIPU shall remain bound by the same. Accordingly, the directions contained in para 57 of the judgment dated 01.11.2025 shall stand modified to the above extent. 4.

The other directions in para 57 of the said judgment shall continue to operate and be complied with as per the timelines specified therein. 5.
