The present appeal is directed against the judgment dated 03.03.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge W.P. (C) No. 9796/2018. 2.

This Court pointed out Paragraphs 09 and 10 of the Impugned Judgment to Mr. Khagesh B. Jha, learned counsel for the Appellant, wherein the learned Single Judge has only permitted the Respondent No.1 / Petitioner to file an application for condonation of delay within a period of two weeks from the date of the order and if such an application is so filed, it is open for the Tribunal to take an independent decision in accordance with law and opined that since the learned Single Judge has only remanded this The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
