Mr. Abhishek Kishore, counsel for Petitioner, states that during the pendency of the present proceedings, Petitioner has executed a settlement agreement titled 'Memorandum of Compromise-cum-Settlement Agreement/ Deed' dated 23rd September, 2024 with his wife, Mrs. Sumana Paruchuri.

In light of the above, Mr. Kishore states that in terms of the understanding arrived at between the parties in the aforenoted Agreement, Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.
