The petitioner is unrepresented when the matter is taken up for hearing.

His appearance has not been recorded in the last two dates of hearing either [20.09.2024 and 22.01.2025]. 3.

Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No. 1, states that the present writ petition is against an order of compulsory leave, which has been superseded by a disciplinary inquiry held against the petitioner. The inquiry has culminated in an order of dismissal, which the petitioner has challenged before the Delhi Schools Tribunal ["DST"].

In such circumstances, Mr. Gupta submits that this writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Mr. Kamal Gupta, learned counsel for respondent No. 1-Bhagat Ji Memorial Model (Sr. Sec.) School, states that in compliance with the said order, he has forwarded a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner. The communication is handed over to the Court, and is taken on record.

In view of the above, it appears that the petitioner does not wish to prosecute the writ petition any further.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution.
