The present petition has been filed on behalf applicant/petitioner under section 482 of BNSS, 2023 ( Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 581/2025 under Section 132/121(1)/190/191(2)/ 221/3(5) BNS (353/333/149/147/186/34 IPC) registered at PS-Adarsh Nagar 2.

Ms. Riya Rama, learned counsel appearing on behalf of applicant/petitioner submits that vide order 20.08.2025, this Court had granted interim protection to the applicant/petitioner subject to his joining investigation.

She further submits that applicant/petitioner has joined investigation and has also submitted his mobile phone to the IO concerned, which position is also affirmed by Mr. Ajay Vikram Singh, learned APP for the State on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. instructions from the IO, who is present in Court. 4.

On being queried by the Court, Mr. Singh, on instructions from the IO, submits that custody of the petitioner is not required. It is not in dispute that the chargesheet has already been filed qua other co-accused, who have already been enlarged on bail.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of arrest, the applicant/petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer/IO concerned, further subject to the following conditions:

i. Petitioner shall join further investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.

ii. Petitioner shall not influence the witnesses in any manner or try to contact the complainant or tamper with the evidence. 6.

It is clarified that the observations made herein above are only for the limited purpose of deciding the present bail application and the same shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. 7.

The petition stands disposed of.
