The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 184/2025 of PS Saket for offence under Section 305(a) and 3(5) BNS. On being pointed out about dismissal of similar application of co-accused Shubham by this Court vide order dated 14.08.2025, learned counsel for accused/applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw this application so that the accused/applicant surrenders within four weeks before the learned magistrate and seek regular bail. 2.

Accordingly, the bail application and the accompanying applications are dismissed as withdrawn.
