35391/2024, the petitioner seeks to implead her husband/Sh.Hare Ram as a co-petitioner in the matter. The petition is still at the pre-notice stage. In view of what has transpired in court and in the above circumstances, Mr. Praveen Suri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh for the same relief, with all necessary parties and averments contained in the fresh petition.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed-of as withdraw, with liberty as prayed-for, without making any observations on the merits of the matter.
