Pursuant to the previous order dated 11th November 2024, counsel for State, after verification, states on instructions of the IO, who is present in the Court, that no FIR has been registered against petitioner. SCRB report has also been handed up in the Court, as per which there is no previous involvement of petitioner either.

As regards the incidents which petitioner complains of, counsel for State submits, on instructions of the IO, that enquiries were made pursuant to information received and nothing further is being pursued in that regard. 3.

In this view of the matter, petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are disposed of as infructuous.
