The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the wrong allegations have been made against the Respondent No. 2. He further submits that the Respondent No. 2 and petitioners have been staying in the separate floors and there is no question petitioners being harassed or threatened.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Senior Citizen card has been made for the Petitioner No. 1 and the petitioners would be satisfied if the concerned Beat Officer is directed to visit the petitioners on regular basis as required for Super Senior Citizens.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, at the outset, submits that the police authorities are duty bound to take steps for protection of Senior Citizens. Senior Citizen card had been made at the instance of the police authorities and the concerned Beat Officer has been sensitized who would make regular visits to the petitioners' house and enquire about their safety.

Considering the above, no orders are required to be passed in the present petition at this stage.
