On the last date of hearing an objection had been raised by learned counsel for the respondent regarding the court having pecuniary jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the petitioner had accorded his consent that the issue being small the matter can be referred to Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of his clients he has no objections in case the dispute is adjudicated upon by an Arbitrator to be appointed by the Delhi International Arbitration Centre under the aegis of the said Centre. Accordingly, the disputes are referred to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

Parties to appear before the Centre on 14.7.2017 at 4:00 PM. Petition stands disposed of.
