Learned counsels for the parties have jointly admitted that this is not an IPR related matter.

As per instructions of learned Registrar General conveyed through learned Registrar (Original), only IPR matters covered as per notification no.5456/DHC/Orgl/2016 dated 28.04.2016 are to be retained in this court.

Since the present is a non IPR related matter having jurisdictional value of less than Rs.
