At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner Bank informs that in the present petition, order dated 11.09.2023 was challenged as learned Trial Court had stayed the auction in question but now said stay has been vacated on 23.04.2024 and, therefore, the present petition does not survive any more.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed.
