A Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing of the Complaint Case under Section 138 read with Section 142 of NI Act.

The record shows that the petitioner had been summoned vide Order dated 02.11.2018. It is essentially the Summoning Order which has been challenged on the ground that the petitioner was an independent Director for a short time and had even tendered her resignation. Essentially it is the Summoning Order dated 02.11.2018 which is challenged by way of the present petition, which has been filed on 30.11.2023. 3.
