These petitions have been filed challenging the order dated 14.07.2023 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate in 30 CC NI Act, and 31 CC NI Act 504/2022, both titled Yogesh Goel v. Chetan Singh.

The above complaints have been filed by the respondent under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (in short, 'NI Act').

Admittedly, the right to move an application under Section 145(2) of the NI Act was closed by the learned MM, vide order dated 08.05.2023. The said order is not in challenge in these petitions.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that this is an inadvertent error.
