Mr. Akhilesh Aggarwal, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents stated that the respondents have already taken the possession of the tenanted premises in execution of warrant of possession and as such the petition has become infructuous.

Under the given facts it appears that the petitioner is not interested in the prosecution of the present case.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed in default as well as for want of prosecution along with pending applications, if any. 5.
