Mr. Anil Kumar, learned Counsel for the appellant, submits that the impugned order ought to have been challenged by way of a CM (Main) petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. He, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal as he submits that he would be filing a CM (Main) petition challenging the impugned order. 2.

Noting the said submission, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
