Pursuant to the last order passed, Ms. Shahi, learned counsel representing the respondents, has placed for our perusal the instructions which have been received and in terms of which the respondents acknowledge the pendency of the petition before the Board of Advanced Ruling ["BAR"].

In view of the aforesaid, a statement is made that the impugned demand shall not be given effect to till such time as proceedings are pending before the BAR.
