In view of the directions contained in the order dated 08.01.2024 passed by this Court, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2/ ONGCL, on instructions, submits that the respondent No.2 has decided to outsource the said post of Security Supervisor and not proceed with the recruitment process. Learned counsel submits that a formal order on the aforesaid issue is yet to be issued by the respondent No.2/ ONGCL.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2/ ONGCL to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. inform the petitioner about the decision taken by it in regard to the post of Security Supervisors, for which the petitioners had participated in the examination and also, as to whether the said posts have been filled up in the meanwhile, positively within two weeks from today. 3.
