% 16.03.2016 CS(OS) 1624/2006 Learned counsels for parties have submitted that the four cases listed before this court as Item no.14 to 17 vide CS(OS) 1293/2006, CS(OS) 1624/2006, CS(OS) 1832/2006 & CS(OS) 1833/2006, respectively are connected and the present case is the lead case in which evidence is being recorded.

Learned counsel for plaintiff undertakes that copy of IA No.17724/2015 under Order XXII Rule 4 CPC shall be supplied to learned counsel for LRs of deceased defendant no.2 during the course of day. In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015, the present matter stands transferred. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Court Complex, Delhi on 18.07.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Put up the matter alongwith CS(OS) 1293/2006, CS(OS) 1832/2006 & CS(OS) 1833/2006.
