The Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction to the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner for permission of conversion of the property being, No. B-1/5, D/S, Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi - 110015, from leasehold to freehold in favour of the purchasers of the property.

Material on record discloses that vide communication dated 27.07.2017, the application of the Petitioner for conversion of the property in question from leasehold to freehold was rejected on the ground that the requisite documents showing the transactions in favour of the purchasers have not been furnished. It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has forwarded the agreement to sale dated 02.07.1996 by the erstwhile vendor, i.e. Shri Virender Pal, in favour of Shri Harbanslal Arora, the husband of the Petitioner herein and Shri Rajender Kumar Arora, the brother-in-law of the Petitioner herein. for the Petitioner that since the relevant documents have been furnished, the only objection raised by the Respondents ceases to exist. 3.

In view of the above, this Court is inclined to accede to the request of the Petitioner. The Respondents are directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with the rules. 4.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of along with the pending applications, if any.

Liberty is given to the Petitioner to approach this Court if need arises in future.
