% 18.07.2017 CM No.24885/2017 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

CM No.24884/2017 For the reasons stated in the application, 13 days' delay in re-filing of the review petition is condoned.

Application stands disposed of.

REVIEW PET. 271/2017 1.

The petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 5th May, 2017 on the grounds mentioned in the application.

2.

Learned counsel for the review petitioner concedes that in the order dated 1st February, 2017, the learned ADJ-04, South-West District, Dwarka did not order impounding of the photocopy of the lease deed. CM(M) 202/2017

3.

The petition has been dismissed by this Court recording that the order impugned speaks about impounding of lease deed and cannot be interpreted by this Court that direction was for impounding the photocopy of the lease deed so as to warrant any interference by this Court in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4.

Since there is no error apparent on the face of record the order dated 5th May, 2017 does not call for any review on the grounds as pleaded in the review petition.

5.

The review petition is dismissed.
