This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the Petitioners for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other writ for directions to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take appropriate directions in FIR No. 259/2022 dated 31.12.2022 under Section 406/420 IPC registered at P.S.: Connaught Place. 2.
This matter pertains to the withdrawal of pension on behalf of Respondent No.3 as per the complaint of the Petitioners herein. 3.
In view of the relief claimed, no notice is required to be issued to Respondent No.3.

Learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and submits on instructions from the IO Insp. Sandeep Kumar, who is present in Court that the investigation is at the fag end and will be completed in a maximum period of 6-8 weeks from today, where upon final report shall be filed in the concerned Court.

In view of the statement made by the learned ASC, learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the relief sought is redressed and he does not press the petition at this stage.

The petition is disposed of as not pressed.

However, the issue of maintainability of the relief claimed is kept open.
