The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "It is most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to (i) Issue an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus to immediately restore the possession of the said property in Khasra No. 151, 152/1 (250 sq yds) to the petitioner and her family. (ii) Issue an appropriate writ not to transfer the said property or create any third party interest.

(iii) Issue appropriate strictures against the local police officials who have illegally dispossesed the petitioner and her family. (iv) Issue such appropriate writ(s) as this court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

(v) Pass such further or other order(s) as this court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice."
