The present appeal has been preferred against the order dated 19.04.2022, passed by the learned Additional District Judge-01 (West), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi, whereby the application filed under Order 39 Rules 1 & 2 read with Section 151 CPC, by the appellants, came to be dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the suit has been decreed on 29.11.2025.

In view of the above, the said application has become infructuous, and nothing further survives. Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of, alongwith the pending applications.
