% 28.08.2017 The regular bail application of the petitioner is pending consideration. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press his application for regular bail. However, he has filed the list of witnesses examined before the Trial Court giving the choronology of the dates of when they were examined and he presses that the Trial Court may be asked to expedite the trial.
In all 24 witnesses have been examined, cross examination of nine witnesses have been deferred for want of case property and few documents not being traceable.
The Trial Court to make every effort to ensure the production of the case property and the documents in Court for want of which the cross examination of PW-20, PW-21 and PW-24 had to deferred so that the trial of the case is not further delayed.
