O R D E R

% 06.07.2018 1.

Counsel for the parties inform me that parties have arrived at a settlement dated 31.7.2017 followed by a mediation report dated 6.4.2018.

1.2 I am informed by counsel for the parties that the settlement was arrived at under the aegis of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

I am further informed that under the settlement, the Judgment Debtor is required to pay a total sum of Rs.55 lacs, albeit, in 09 instalments and that the Judgment Debtor has paid to the Decree Holder the first instalment.

3.

Having regard to the fact that parties have arrived at a settlement which is operable, the captioned Execution Petition is disposed of and pending application is closed. 4.

The Judgment Debtor will comply with the terms of the settlement.
