% 13.07.2016 Complainant has lodged the present FIR No.993/2015 at PS Farsh Bazar under Section 387 IPC alleging therein that he had received a threatening message on his mobile No.9811380922 from the mobile No.9582795772, on 14.12.2015.

During the investigation, it has come on record till now that the sim card of mobile No. 9582795772 was in the name of one Tabrej Alam and was used from mobile handset bearing IMEI Nos.91446307044753 and 91446307044761.

Further that mobile phone was purchased in the name of one Pawan from Kirpal Communication.

Owner of the said shop Shri Mohan has identified the petitioner as the person who had purchased the mobile impersonating himself as Pawan.

Further investigations are in

progress.

It is submitted by learned APP that the box of mobile phone and cash memo/mobile bill bearing IMEI Nos. 91446307044753 and 91446307044761 was also recovered from the house of petitioner by the Investigating Officer in FIR No.1543/2015 registered at PS Saket, which is also under investigation. The mobile phone has yet to be recovered.

Learned APP further submits that the location of use of mobile phone was traced out to Main Road, Sant Nagar, Burari, Delhi-54 where petitioner is residing; whereas Tabrej Ahmad @ Tabrej Alam is residing at Sangam Vihar.

Keeping in mind, the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner.
