% 23.01.2017 The decretal amount is less than two crores rupees. As per Section 4 of Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act 2015 (Act 23 of 2015) which came into effect from 26.10.2015 vide notification No. F. No L-19015/04/2012 Jus dated 26.10.2015 and extracts of the minutes dated 20.10.2016, the execution petition is liable to be transferred before the concerned District Court. Learned counsel for the objector No.4 submits that the objector has given the cheque of post dated which is valid till 31.03.2017 and address of the judgement debtor is situated at Inderpuri which falls within jurisdiction of New Delhi District as such requested to send the matter before the Learned District & Sessions Judge (New Delhi District) Patiala House Court.

In view of the submission, let the matter be sent to the Ld District & Session Judge, (New Delhi District) Patiala House Court.

Parties be directed to appear before the Court of Ld District & Session Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Court on 21.03.2017.
