% 12.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant has already been discharged from the hospital. His injury has been opined as simple. Injured has not sustained injury on the vital part of the body. On the complaint of petitioner, FIR No. 521/2014 under Sections 324/326/34 IPC was registered at police station Paharganj wherein complainant, in the present case, was also one of the accused persons. Petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present FIR due to past enmity. Learned APP has opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner has past criminal record as he is involved in as many as 8 cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in most of the cases

petitioner has already been acquitted and only three cases are pending against him wherein he has been falsely implicated. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
