W.P.(C) 1512/2017 Petitioner is aggrieved by illegal and unauthorized activity which is being permitted in property bearing no. B-28/06, Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave Part-II, New Delhi. It is stated that it is without any authorization and against the byelaws of the Corporation. On advance notice learned counsel for respondents no.1, 2 and

5 have put in appearance.

Respondents no.1 and 2 under instructions submits that the ground, first, second and third floor of the aforenoted property already stand booked for illegal deviations. Work stop notice has been issued to the local SHO and other concerned authorities. The electricity and water supply to the afore noted property have also been stopped. The demolition order has been passed. Sealing proceedings have also been initiated under section 345A of the Delhi Municipal Act. The proposed action for demolition is now fixed for 09.03.2017. Learned counsel appearing for respondents no.1 and 2 submits that all actions in accordance with law shall be taken.

Respondent no.5 (the local SHO) shall give assistance to respondents no. 1 and 2 to complete the action as proposed on 09.03.2017. Needless to state that all actions which are proposed shall be taken after due notice to the private respondents. No further orders are called for in this petition. Disposed of.
