% 02.03.2016 IA 2595/2016 (Filed by plaintiff seeking transfer of suit to the concerned Court) It is contended in the application that the suit is valued at less than Rs.2 crores hence liable to be transferred as per the notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, to the concerned Court. Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that the plaintiff is a senior citizen, about 75 years of age, hence requests the matter to be transferred to an early date.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff also submits that he has sent the copy of application to the other side by way of speed post. Heard.

The present suit is for recovery of amount valued at less than Rs.2 crores.

Defendant is located at Panchkuian Road which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. In view of submission made by ld. counsel for plaintiff that plaintiff is a senior citizen, parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 22.04.2016. Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
