This petition has been filed seeking revocation of the patent bearing number IN 231479 and its removal from the register of patents. 2.

Mr. Avinash K. Sharma, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the subject patent has expired on 1st February, 2025.

Mr. Aseem Chaturvedi, counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no.1 submits that the respondent no.1 has neither filed any suit against the petitioner concerning the aforesaid patent nor does the respondent no.1 intend to do so.

In view of the aforesaid statement, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
