Perused order dated 06.07.2017 passed by learned ADJ (03), South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

In the order dated 06.07.2017 learned Judge has observed that defendants 1 & 2 inter alia have office situated at MGF House, 17B, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi which is situated within Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that connected matter between the same parties is pending disposal in the Court of Dr Saurabh Kulshresth, learned ADJ Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.

In view of observations made by learned ADJ (03), South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi in the order dated 06.07.2017, the submissions made by learned counsel for plaintiff and in terms of notification No.27187/DHC/Original dated 24.11.2015 and

notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. Dated 24.11.2015 & in exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26.10.2015 vide Notification No. F. No. L-19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26.10.2015 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs, published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Sub Section (ii), the present matter stands transferred to Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. The parties are directed to appear before the Court of learned District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi on 01.08.2017 at 2:15 PM.
