The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that only few witnesses remain to be examined and the trial is likely to be completed within a period of 5 to 6 months. 2.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file afresh if the trial does not complete within a period of 5 to 6 months.
